There was an aspiration , there were big dreams, of excitement and with big curiosity I landed at New Delhi Station in Dec 1994. Took a cab and came to Gurgaon for the 1st time.. a totally unknown city for me. No friends , no idea where to stay , a little money in my pocket but was confident to making my way. Got down at the old bus stand , roamed around a bit tried to figure out the location , area. Suddenly felt the aroma of paratha , got a kick to enter a near by dhaba for some quick bite. The big glass of Lassi being taken by a couple on the side table made me order for it too. So after having a good time with the much needed lunch came out and started looking around for same place to stay. Saw somewhere written sector 12, gave me the first location idea, there were shops , rickshaw, heavy rush , bright sun and then saw a small hospital , yes Mamta hospital if I remember it right. Stood there for sometimes asking people for some place to stay.
